Summary: good option if you need to be near New york City but not pay any prices. While the people were very kind and did their best to make us safe, most of the wait staff could not speak English. I am all for hiring immigrants but if they do not know the word for bread…it is problematic. the room and bed were quiet, clean and comfortable The toilet got clogged…not good all in all an average stay

Summary: Wasn’t given the room I paid for. I’ve been staying there for years when in town and it just gets worse. Staff are miserable and the rooms are dingy and bathrooms never fully cleaned.

Summary: We waited 30 mins just to get the check at the bar. We were 2 of 6 guests in the entire restaurant/bar. Bartender left and never came back. Took 30 mins to find someone who was able to help us. Made us late.

Summary: Stay one night, needed a place close to an event I attended at the Venetian in Garfield. Didn’t spent much time in hotel, but both bed, shower and aircon all were good. Fast check in and friendly staff.
